How refunds work for PhotoTranslate paid plans and credit packages

Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to PhotoTranslate (phototranslate.ai) paid subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.

7-day money-back guarantee

All paid Pro subscriptions and Lifetime purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial payment, contact us at support@phototranslate.ai for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@phototranslate.ai with the order ID from your receipt and a brief note about the reason. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

What is not refundable

  • Credit packages once any portion of the credits has been consumed.
  • Subscription renewals after the 7-day guarantee window.
  • Charges from third-party payment processors such as currency conversion fees.

Cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end date.
