DMCA Policy

Introduction

PhotoTranslate (phototranslate.ai) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This DMCA Policy describes how we respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content uploaded to PhotoTranslate infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@phototranslate.ai including:

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or an authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• A description of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located on PhotoTranslate (URL, image ID, or upload reference).
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

Response

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who uploaded it.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@phototranslate.ai with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which you reside.

Repeat infringers

PhotoTranslate may suspend or terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated infringement claims.
